The first male cria born here at the ranch, Hyperion, came at about 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 19 to the proud mom, Nutmeg. He was a whopping 18.4 lbs. and healthy as can be. The birth was trouble-free and he’s nursing and doing great – he’s already over 25 lbs after 10 days! We have a few more Spring babies coming in the next few weeks or so, so look for more pics as they come along.
