Wow is always the first reaction when Dusty Rose comes up for kisses and a neckrub. Your heart goes ah! Gorgeous rose grey fiber along with the most endearing personality, Dusty Rose is a sweetheart!

A of O Velveteen Lace

Tux grey with 15.8 AFD at 4 years old! Lacey is a little vicuna girl – fine, fine, fine. And she passes the fineness to her cria. One of her cria is standing stud at DoubleTake Farm – KnockUrSoxOff, a true black with 17.9 AFD. She is currently bred to the outstanding True Black herdsire, Snowmass Midnight Passion, for a June 15, 2014 cria.

ACR Blue Moon’s Saving Grace

Grace is just a beautiful grey girl who will be ready to breed this next Spring. Her fleece from the 2013 clip is currently spinning into some gorgeous yarn.

Grace comes with a legacy of fine grey genetics. On her father’s side, Grace’s grandsire is L.Peruvian Lipton’s Shazam, an outstanding silver grey male, with 8 color championships and 30 plus ribbons! On her mother’s side, Grace’s dam is the daughter of Alpaca Knights Ace of Spades, grandaughter of Patagonia’s Drake and great granddaughter of Danko, some of the best genetics in the country. Grace’s light silver grey granddam still had a low micron count of 22 at 5 years of age. Ace’s fleece was an amazing 20 microns at 3 years of age. Unusual for both grey and black.

Alpaca Knights Argentina

Argentina is Spanish for silver, thus, her name. Tina has endless presence, correct conformation and a fleece that sports wonderful density, crimp and fineness. That fineness has continued with her 7th year fleece still classified as Superfine by AFCNA!!! Additionally, she is as sweet as pie!

Like father like son – Avatar’s Avalance sire is the multiple championship winning rose grey herdsire Avatar from Delphi Alpacas. Avalance has his dad’s beautiful fine, dense, and crimpy rose grey fiber. Also taking after his sire, Lance has done very well in the show ring in large competitive classes. Four shows and four ribbons and a 4th place at Nationals in a class of 15!!!

Blueberry’s Sweet Surrender

Sweetie is a lovely medium gray female that is a proven grey producer from the Snowmass breeding program. Sweetie’s fleece is the most beautiful shade of medium silver grey, which she passed along to her daughter. Sweetie is a great mom who is very protective of her cria.

27 TIME RIBBON WINNER – BRED TO NATIONAL CHAMP ZEPPELIN – You won’t find many females more decorated with awards than Jewel! She’s a 27-time ribbon winner that produces female offspring, including greys. It doesn’t get much better than this. She’s had five cria, all girls, and the three that have been shown were all ribbon winners.

A handsome son of the nationally known Legend’s Challenger of KPR, who has sired multiple champion offspring. Lance’s dam is one of the top foundation female at Renaissance Farm, Elegant Rosetta, the 2004 AOBA Nationals Gray Fleece Color Champion, undefeated in her show career. Lance’s grandsire is the well-known Don Timbo from Magical Farms. His fineness is great with an AFD of 17.5 and a low SD of 4.0. He has already captured 3 blue ribbons and 3 championships.

DSF Stormy

Stormy has been a great producer of only true black and grey offspring. She has had six offspring, all solid medium silver gray with no spots and one true non-fading black. Stormy is a great mom with an abundance of milk for her offspring. She is a solid, typey female with correct conformation, large bones with extreme leg coverage and a very soft handling fleece with a high frequency low amplitude style crimp. She took 2nd at AOBA in 2005.

Antigone is a sweet little modern dark silver grey out of her tuxedo dark silver grey mom, Gracie Fay. This little girl has incredibly luxurious, charcoal grey fiber with the finest sheen! Her great grandsire on the dam’s side, 4Peruvian Pachacuti, is a Studmaster, full Peruvian Accoyo male and is number two only to the renowned Hemingway. Antigone has Pachacuti’s bright, fine fleece and will no doubt pull in her mom’s density as she matures.

Antoinette is a beautiful female out of our modern grey champion herdsire, Diego, and Twinkle. This girl has unique coloring, with a rich brown blanket, black head and grey chin. Her fleece is fine and she’ll grow into a great breeding girl, just like her mom and sister!

This beautiful male is out of our great modern grey herdsire, Diego, and out very, very dense girl Ava. His fleece is superfine and soft and the crimp is really starting to come in strong. He’s a sweet boy that we expect great things from!

Epic Alpacas Bacchus

Bacchus, just like his half-brother Socrates, is full of fleece! He has his father fineness, density, great staple length with fabulous crimp the whole length. Just like Socrates, he brings huge grey genetics to the table. His dad has produced 80% grey cria and his mom’s pedigree is filled with greys. He’s a compact boy with great leg and face coverage – he’ll be ready to go in 2014.

Epic Alpacas Baratheon

Baratheon is a magnificent male out of our champion modern grey herdsire, Diego, and one of our best producers, Brandy. This boy is half brother (on his dam’s side) to our true black champion, Wicked Tinker, and looks to be every bit as nice as him, if not better! He is a rich, charcoal grey color all over, with fineness and bundling in abundance. He is the picture perfect mini-me of his sire, Diego.

Epic Alpacas Callum

Callum was born on March 20, 2014 to his beautiful maiden true black mom, Kiann. He’s a happy, healthy little feller who’s putting on weight like a champ. His father, Silverado’s Peruvian Silver Fox, is a grey producing machine – and he didn’t disappoint on this guy. Callum’s fleece has a beautiful walnut appearance on the outside and dark silver, shimmery grey underneath. So far, it’s super crimpy – we’ll see how it grows out!

Epic Alpacas Daenerys

Daenerys is a beautiful tuxedo silver grey. She is a big girl weighing in at 82 pounds in April of 2014. She carries nice density in her fleece with crimp. She comes from CDC Coretta King who has had no issues with milk and holds her weight very well while carrying and nursing a cria. Daenerys has a clear blanket with just one spot on her back hip.

Epic Alpacas Diamante en Bruto

Diamante is a handsome, big boned boy! He was born unassisted and walking around before we even saw him! A great credit to his excellent mother, Cafe Dulce, who has produced nothing but superb grey cria for us so far. This young man is going to make a big impact here at Epic Alpacas!

Epic Alpacas Guinevere

Epic Alpacas Guinevere is not only a beauty to add to a grey program, she is very affectionate! You always want one you can wrap your arms around each day and nestle her gorgeous fiber.

Both of Guinevere’s parents are outstanding in their own right. Alpha Omega’s Prometheus is a multi ribbon show winner. Judges have had no trouble handing him a top ribbon and have noted his fiber is as nice as a nice white alpaca. Guinevere’s mother, Callista has had all quality offspring of various colors. This is the first time she was bred to grey, and she had grey! Callista can brag of being the top show winner at the only alpaca event she went to. She is dark brown with a purple cast. Very interesting!

Qleopatra is 4tlh generation silver grey and the full sister of banner winning color champion Storm Qloud. Qleopatra was sheared at 6 weeks old and her fleece is coming in with the same density, crimp, brightness, and consistency that made her banner winning full sister Storm Qloud a champion.

Sage is a beautiful grey girl with strong grey genetics. She would make an excellent addition to any grey foundation herd.

FPA Amanda’s Cadence

Cadence is a blue ribbon grey female out of Snowmass Peruvian Casanova. She is a fourth generation grey girl with strong grey genetics. She has perfect confirmation and excellent fleece coverage. She is the producer of gorgeous cria.

Gemini Star Talitha

Gemini Star Talitha is a wonderful breeding female. Since her first show in 2008, she has developed a much more perfect conformation and fuller, very crimpy fleece with great bundling. She is mostly dark silver grey with white face and feet, and medium silver grey down front of her neck.

Heatherbrook’s Cutie Pea

Cutie Pea is a fantastic grey female with strong grey genetics. She comes from championship grey bloodlines with her sire being Legend’s Challenger of KPR and her grand sires being Inca Legend and Kaspa. Judges consistently complimented her fleece quality for its combination of fineness, density and uniformity of character. With outside breedings to Legend’s Challenger being limited to five per year, Cutie Pea is a rare find as a way to get this prestigious bloodline into your breeding program.

Silver Dancer demonstrates spotless conformation and nice fleece qualities. Her sire, Snowmass Silver Spirit, is out of the legendary Snowmass Peruvian Casanova.

My Wild Irish Rose is definitely one of a kind with an amazing grey pedigree: Scimitar, Silvio, Silvino, and The Silversmith. She has strong thick bones and her fleece is wonderful, tons of crimp and is as dense as whites. Her fleece was rose grey at birth but after shearing she turned to silver grey.

LV Ruby Queen a handsome young dark rose grey female. She’s a Dom Timbo daughter and her genetics are grey throughout. She did well in the show ring. Her conformation is correct, including a perfect bite. Her fiber is very fine. Her dam’s micron is an outstanding 19.9 at 5 years of age.

MAJR Bellagio

This beautiful girl is a head turner with her black masked eyes and her confident stance. She has a strong grey lineage from both sides of the family tree and is an excellent production female. Wonderful fine fiber.

Full Peruvian greys who produce high quality grey offspring are even more rare. Now add her pedigree which includes Accoyo Legacy, Peruvian Macusani, and Peruvian Jaxon and you have a rare outcross grey that allows you to breed to almost any of the top grey line males.

Tarah is a medium rose grey full Chilean, with her dam being a Chilean import. Sleepy Ridge’s Maybelline

Maybelline is an adorable medium silver gray dam with large beautiful highlighted eyes (thus, her name!) that just gaze at you with affection. She is a large dam producing an abundance of dense fleece with generous amounts of desirable gorgeous gray color. She has lots of extra high frequency and low amplitude crimp on her newly shorn fleece. Maybelline is a solid-boned girl with a calm and friendly disposition. She is a wonderful mother with plenty of milk. Every one of her offspring have had her same gentle personality. When bred to dense, fine males, she allows those qualities to pass on to the cria.

Mercedes is a well conformed silver grey just like her father, Patagonia’s Javier, a son of the famous Neruda. Her mother, Silver Lining’s Pakoa, is a true black who has rose grey and silver grey genetics. Mercedes’ ancestry include the famous Aussie Rockford and Patagonia’s Neruda. Her genetics also include Shakleton, Pperuvian Victor, Pperuvian Felix, and Pperuvian Demitrio. Mercedes has a uniformly fine fleece, with a long staple length and uniform crimp. She has a medium silver grey color throughout her fleece with a few black spots. She had a very large fleece, even as a weanling.

Stardom Destiny’s Maroon Bella

Bella was an absolute dream come true! A dark rose grey that looks exactly like her import Dam, Chilean Stardom Destiny. Bella’s herdsire just happens to be a very handsome rose grey Color Champion, GWAS 2004, Blue’s Magic. She’s a large girl with fine, rich dark silver grey fiber. In 2011, Bella delivered a gorgeous dark silver grey male from color champ herdsire Brock’s Black Forest Boulder. Her little boy has that fine, crimpy fiber to die for and great conformation – we look to have more just like him at Epic Alpacas!

TAS Mozel

TAS Mozel is a lovely dark silver grey daughter of Cresent Moon’s Rufio and grand-daughter of the well know Cresent Moon’s Rayo Del Sol. Mozel has the wonderful conformation of her ancestors and will pass it on to her offspring.

She is a very inquisitive lady with a soft, dense fleece.

Tinker Bell’s Briar Rose TRCC

Briar Rose is a beautiful silver grey/rose grey girl who will be starting her breeding career here with Epic Alpacas in Spring 2014. She has a strong grey pedigree with Luciano on one side and Lipton’s Shazam on the other. We look forward to the crias she’ll produce!

Toe Tappan Chloe

This girl is a stunner! She walks and caries herself with such pride and class. Between her color and her carriage you cannot take your eyes off of her. We are so excited to add her to our herd!

At the Alpacafest the judge had only good things to say about Chloe: “She commands the ring as soon as she walks in” and “It looks as if she was stamped out with a cookie cutter” were the remarks from the judge. Chloe took the blue and made it into the top three for the championship class–the judge kept checking to see who would win the championship class, and it was a close one!

TRCC Luminaire’s Princess

Princess is a beautiful silver grey girl with strong grey genetics from some of the top lines In 2009 she had an AFD of 19.5, and in 2011 she had an AFD of 21.9. We are excited to add Princess to our grey breeding program!

Anastasia is a stunning medium rose grey girl from a beautiful rose grey dam and legendary grey herdsire El R Peruvian Luciano. She’s holding great fineness, bringing in an AFD of 24.5 microns at nearly 7 years of age.

IF YOU WANT TRUE BLACK OR SILVER STORMY IS YOUR GIRL!! She is a beautiful, strong, healthy girl, excellent mother, attentive to her cria with plenty of milk which is shown by their rapid growth and daily activity. She’s an easy birther in record time from start to finish. Her fiber is crimpy and dense with unbelievable fineness for a girl registered as true black even at her age. As time goes along she adds more and more silver as is the case with her sire.

Trixie is a sweet grey girl with great markings and a beautiful, sweet face. Her dam, Bubbles, regularly produces grey offspring and we think Trixie will do the same!
